On April 12, 2004 Fusion Communications Corporation begins IP telephone service over the fixed-line phone network allowing FUSION IP-Phone to be used for calls to or from 050 numbers on the IP telephony platforms of Japan Telecom Co., Ltd., Plala Networks, Inc., and NTT-ME Corporation.

Fusion already started IP telephone service in connection with the NTT-Com IP telephony platform, so now IP telephone service is available on four IP telephony platforms.
