(*2) Interconnections with Mobile Phone Operator Exchanges
This is a method for providing telephone service from fixed-line telephones to mobile phones in Japan by connecting directly to the exchanges of mobile phone operators, made possible by fixed-line toll bypass service carriers having the right to set prices. First, the 0038 carrier access code is dialed, followed by the destination mobile phone number, 090 (or 080)-AAAA-XXXX.

(*3) International Relay System
With "Japan mobile" as an available call destination, Fusion offers international telephone service for calls made from fixed-line telephones to mobile phones in Japan through an international relay. Dialing follows the international dialing convention (with Fusion registered for the MYLINE or MYLINE PLUS service): 010-81-90 (or 80)-AAAA-XXXX.
