Fusion Offers Charge Exemptions to Victims of the Niigata Chuetsu Earthquake
Fusion Communications Corporation offers its sympathy to the victims of the recent Niigata Chuetsu Earthquake. Fusion is granting charge exemptions to customers of its phone services who were affected by the earthquake, as indicated below.

- Customers to Whom the Exemption Applies
Individual customers whose billing address is listed as one of the cities, towns, or villages below affected by the Niigata Chuetsu Earthquake according to the Disaster Relief Law, and who uses one of the services stated above.

Ojiya, Nagaoka, Tokamachi, Tochio, Nakazato, Yasuzaka, Mitsuke, Kashiwazaki, Nakanoshima, Koshiji, Mishima, Yoita, Washima, Izumozaki, Yamakoshi, Kawaguchi, Shiozawa, Kawanishi, Oguni, Nishiyama, Tsunan, Kariwa, Minami-Uonuma (formerly Muikamachi and Yamato), Uonuma (formerly Horinouchi, Koide, Yunotani, Hirokami, Sumon, and Irihirose)
- Period of Exemption
Charges for use in the month of October 2004 for the services stated above are exempted.
